Do I also need a Claude or ChatGPT subscription?
Yes. Vanel runs on your own AI account. Many people already have one; if you don’t, a monthly Claude or ChatGPT plan is the simplest start.
What counts as an active project?
A project your team is currently working on. On Free you can keep one going at a time and switch whenever you like.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. After that you move to Free. Your projects stay on your computer.
